About Andrea
Andrea Row is the owner of ARROW Integrative Coaching. Her passion is helping others manage the overwhelming stresses of life, navigate the heavy burden of grief, and discover their authentic selves that have been buried under layers of trauma and conditioning. Trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neuro-affirming, she is dedicated to helping her clients create their unique paths from survival mode to healing and growth.

Since 2009, Andrea has volunteered in several different capacities with Soaring Spirits International and Camp Widow®, and established the very first regional group in Western New York in 2018.
As co-founder of The Matthew Row Scholarship Foundation, she also served as president from 2014 to 2019. During their time in operation, the annual Run For Row 5K raised a total of $32,500 in educational scholarships for high school seniors in WNY who, like her children, lost a parent or guardian. The foundation also donated $4,000 for Camp Widow® registrations.
Andrea's own healing journey has been unexpectedly transformative, leading her to deepen her education and allowing her to help others on even more profound levels. After becoming a Reiki master, she earned her master's in Mental Health Counseling and certification in Grief Counseling, and regularly attends trainings and workshops on topics related to her specializations. Creating handmade malas is another passion that emerged from discovering how powerfully they support meditation.

"I can't think of anything more fulfilling than offering others the support I once needed, and I'm so incredibly
grateful for the opportunity to do this sacred work."
- Andrea
